TLS Access Contacts
TLS Access Contacts is a private Microsoft Access application developed and operated by Amanda Smedley for contact management.
Google User Data
The application accesses Google Contacts data in order to locate, create, update, organize, and synchronize contacts and contact photos between Microsoft Access and Google Contacts.
How Data Is Used
Google user data is used only for contact synchronization requested by the application user. Google user data is not used for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any unrelated purpose.
Data Storage
OAuth credentials and synchronization identifiers used by the application are stored locally as part of the application's Microsoft Access data. The application does not operate a remote server that stores Google Contacts data.
Data Sharing
Google user data accessed by TLS Access Contacts is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Data Retention and Deletion
Contact information remains in Microsoft Access and Google Contacts until it is modified or deleted by the user. Local OAuth credentials and synchronization information can be deleted from the Microsoft Access application by the user.
Security
TLS Access Contacts uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system to access Google Contacts. The application does not collect or store the user's Google password.
